We're big fans of podcasts in the office. We've put together this list of 5 podcasts you should listen to as well as how they relate to Human Synergistics.

This podcast plays to the concept of achievement thinking and how to choose goals that lead to you being more productive.

There is also an exploration of 8 key tools/skills and they spread across individual, group and organisational strategies that enable better productivity. They can also be applied to personal life. There is a lot of gold in this podcast that could be built into coaching, facilitation and consulting practices on leadership and culture.

Grant was part of a team that was tasked with developing an organisation-wide leadership program that would change the dated culture of the entire Navy. The New Generation Navy program used Human Synergistics Culture and leadership diagnostics for development and, in this interview, Grant talks about how they approached the Navy cultural program. A must listen for someone looking to undertake wide-spread cultural change.
