Culture Workshop

Organisations are constantly sending explicit and implicit messages about how people are expected to behave. You'll build on top of your knowledge from the Life Styles Inventory™/Group Styles Inventory™ accreditation by putting the same Circumplex into an organisational context. You'll learn about what causes the culture to be the way it is, and what results come from different kinds of cultures. Knowing what causes the culture will enable you to tweak those factors to shape the culture in the desired ways.

Culture accreditation is three continuous days. You will use real data from your own or client organisation to make the learning practical.
