Key Takeaways from this Episode:

Go about the debrief in the same way. Make sure to spend time on building rapport (there might be some real gold…)

When you go to LSI 2, keep the LSI 1 open at the same time so you can contrast, compare, and refer back and forth.

If there is quite a difference between the person's LSI 1 and 2, they might have a bit of a shock and reaction when they see it. Leave them space just to absorb and understand before you jump in with questions. Let the silence sit.

Explore inconsistencies between thinking and behavior. You can go to the Item by Item pages to look at the differences. Why do you think people might experience your behavior that way?

Look at the spread of opinion and group breakouts. Maybe it is one particular group that see a very different perspective on their behavior. What’s an example of an action in this group which might explain how people are experiencing you in this way?

They are an expert in themselves – you can’t give examples for them – so ask them to explore their own story.

If they are struggling for examples – ask them just to be aware, notice, and note down any examples of that behavior between now and the next time you meet. Once they are aware of it, they will likely notice when they are behaving that way.
