Staying constructive during Covid-19

Published on 25 Mar 2020

Now more than ever, constructive thinking will help us and others deal with a very new and fast-moving situation (and we can see from some of the situations around us how defensive thinking and behaviour can take hold).  We want to help you to help others in these potentially stressful times and do the best for your organisation and community.

We want to reassure you that at Human Synergistics we are here to support you at full capacity – with your projects, your plans and your own development.  We are committed to helping you make things happen.

Accreditation events

For those of you still completing your accreditation or recall events, or who wish to participate in new accreditation events, we will continue to run these events virtually to enable your capability.  Watch out for updates and feel free to contact us with any concerns. We will attempt to meet your needs whatever the case.

Professional Development events

We will still be delivering all scheduled events but run these virtually, so you don’t miss out on your continuous learning and connection with others in the network. Watch out for updates. We will also be introducing QuaranTeaming-a De-isolation lounge webinars, where our community can jump on and chat to each other about their ideas, challenges, and hopefully have a laugh!

Delivering your debriefs virtually

Virtual debriefs are here!  We have made it easier for those who are coaching to deliver your debriefs and follow up coaching virtually.  There is a pack with tips and advice around how to conduct and get the best out of virtual debriefs on the portal (currently under the resources tab) and we will continue to update this as we get feedback and think of new ideas that can help – so please visit often.

We are also hosting regular webinars to help you get set up and feel confident with virtual debriefing. Register via the portal.

If you have misplaced your log in details for the AP portal please contact your account manager or email info@human-synergistics.com.au and we will be able to reconnect you.  If we can support you directly in helping to get this process off the ground please do not hesitate to contact us.  We are here to help and keen to get you going.
