The Culture Transformation and Sustainability Awards recognise organisations which have created a Constructive Culture or sustained a Constructive Culture on a subsequent remeasure using the Organisational Culture Inventory® (OCI).

This year we are pleased to announce one of our Transformation  Award winners - Corporate Edge! Congratulations.

Corporate Edge’s own culture is everything to them. They want every business to experience the impact of creating a truly cooperative environment. It is not always easy and never perfect, but they are committed to always improving the culture they have, for their team and their clients.

To support this, Corporate Edge embarked on its first assessment using Human Synergistics’ Organisational Culture Inventory®(OCI) in 2019, returning results showing a highly constructive culture. The subsequent assessment in 2021 saw the further positive and sustained change, leading to them receiving a Culture Transformation Award.
