This year has been a momentous one for all of us, as we were able to resume important events and milestones that were previously disrupted by the pandemic.
We were thrilled to see you at our 25th Annual Culture and Leadership Conference in Sydney and Melbourne, finally held live and in person! Our dynamic line-up of keynote speakers and panellists from various backgrounds including Rabobank, Sanitarium, Macquarie University, Richard Crookes Construction, REA Group, and Hanes Brands captivated us with their insights on successful culture reform and sustainability. Some even revealed that culture and leadership were their "secret sauce" for ongoing success! You can now watch a recorded version of the event on our website. Following on from the launch of our second podcast KEEPING GOOD COMPANY, I am pleased to advise we will be commissioning a follow up season in 2024. We talked to some of Australia's most successful leaders, and hear their stories on how they were able to assist individuals realise their full potential and transform groups into innovative and effective teams. As we move into 2024, we maintain a hopeful and positive outlook for the year ahead that we can each continue to be our individual best and achieve our aspirational goals.
