The Culture Transformation and Sustainability Awards recognise organisations which have created a Constructive Culture or sustained a Constructive Culture on a subsequent remeasure using the Organisational Culture Inventory® (OCI).

This year we are pleased to announce one of our Cultural Transformation Award winners - Pinnacle! Congratulations!

People are at the heart of everything Pinnacle do. They believe in people doing the best work of their lives today and improving the world of work for tomorrow. A big part of this begins by living their values and fostering a world-class culture within their own business.

To support this, Pinnacle undertook their first assessment using the Human Synergistics Organisational Culture Inventory® (OCI) in 2019 returning results showing an overwhelmingly constructive culture. The subsequent assessment in 2021 saw further positive and sustained change across all behavioural styles, leading to them receiving a Culture Transformation Award.

Looking forward Pinnacle have set an ambitious people and culture strategy for the coming year. They are hiring to expand the business and bring on board more consultants to contribute and add to the Pinnacle culture and grow the business to have further impact. Throughout the year they will perform continual pulse checks to maintain and continually improve their constructive culture.
