Throughout the session we will dive into the key elements that will help you lead these debriefs effectively. We will cover: When is group debriefing suitable?: We’ll explore the scenarios and contexts where group debriefing is most effective, so you can choose the right approach for your participants. Requirements to ensure group debriefing success: You’ll learn what it takes to create a supportive, engaging, and productive environment for group debriefs, ensuring maximum impact for your participants. A session plan/structure for conducting a Group Debrief Workshop: We’ll provide you with a clear and practical structure for leading these workshops, so you can confidently run them with a well-organised flow. Opportunity to ask questions: Of course, there will be time for you to ask questions and get insights from others in the group. By the end of the session, you'll have the knowledge and tools to lead LSI Debriefs in group settings with confidence.
