Notes	The history of the circumplex, presented by our Chair, Shaun McCarthy. Shaun will invite you to be inside the mind of Dr Clay Lafferty, founder of Human Synergistics, as he sought a way to synthesize the key theories and research into what helps and hinders personal effectiveness. The styles measured by the Human Synergistics circumplex have helped millions of leaders around the world adopt constructive thinking and behaviour resulting in improved performance at the individual, group and organisational levels. Shaun will take you on a deep dive into background of those theorists and researcher behind each style. This goes well beyond what you learned in accreditation and will build on your current learning.
